We are proud of our products and are confident you will be pleased with their quality and workmanship. If for any reason an item you have ordered does not meet your expectations, we want to know about it and have the opportunity to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. We have established the following guidelines and procedures for product returns and exchanges:
Non-Personalized Items
These items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions for returns listed below.
Personalized Items
All items that have been personalized to your order specifications (as indicated on your receipt) are non-returnable. In the event of an error on our part, we will work to quickly to replace the item according to your original order specifications or issue you a refund.
Defective/Damaged Items
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Any defects or damages must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date. Our sterling silver jewelry is warranted against breakage with normal wear and tear for 30 days from shipment date; however, we reserve the right to refuse this warranty if user abuse is evident. Also, any of our products that have been personalized with an event date may not be returned or exchanged after the event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as A Gracious Plenty cannot be responsible for the use of the item.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return or exchange an item, we ask that you please:
- E-mail us at customerservice@agraciousplenty.com with a brief description of your item's defect or damage and a request for an RA (Return Authorization) number. We will reply promptly to provide you with an RA number. All items to be returned to us must have an RA number.
- Place the RA number on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by us when we receive it. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the item via a service that provides order tracking, as A Gracious Plenty cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
A Gracious Plenty will reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (those with an RA number) via ground shipping services, and will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS Ground Service only.
