In case you noticed that it's been a little quiet here at our blog these past few months, well, we apologize for the lo-o-o-ong pause in our end of the conversation. You know those signs that many businesses post when they're renovating or expanding their physical stores? The ones that say "Pardon our Progress" or "Pardon our Dust"? I guess we should have posted one that said "Pardon our Absence" from the blog while we were busily working in the studio during the holiday season and into the new year...
You see, although we've been quiet here, we've been hopping in the studio! I am honored and grateful to report that in 2009 the number of personalized gift orders we received from you, our wonderful customers, tripled in volume from the year before! This has been a tremendous blessing - and challenge - for us as a small family company. And even as we have evolved to meet the increased volume of orders - for example, by implementing new shipping efficiencies and hiring new staff - we had to pause some activities (ahem, blogging!). Fulfilling your orders on time and to your satisfaction will always come first!
So please bear with us as we continue to grow!
